Thank you note:

Hi John, thank you again for your hospitality! The group thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Westview Marina. The facilities were clean and complete, the employees helpful and capable, and the food delicious. Your fishing tips paid off (Ralph owes you an email!) and the courtesy car made it an easy run into town for groceries and liquor.

September Fishing Report

SALMON: The Northern Coho are moving in to Esperanza NOW!

Every day high teen & Twenty + Coho/Silvers are on the cleaning tables.

Plus there are still lots of Chinook/Kings/Springs from outer Black Rock

all the way into Steamer Pt. Salmon are being caught in good numbers at

Rosa Harbour, Fairway Is. and Otter Islands. The large schools of fish are

stacked up waiting for rains to fill the rivers. At this point we have seen rain

showers which have helped with the forest fire conditions but, not nearly

enough to have ample water levels to have the salmon move up the rivers.

The message is very clear here: we will continue to see GREAT

Fishing/Catching for salmon on the inside water of Esperanza Inlet until

substantial rain falls arrive.

HALIBUT and  LING COD Fishing/Catching remain GOOD just outside of Esperanza inlet all around Tatchu Pt., the Red Can and Danger rock
