TUNA GEAR – a higher end Hali Rod & Reel will do the job nicely with 80-100 braid line. Never set the drag at hali pressure for the 1st strike. The boat is moving at 7-10mph & the Tuna at 30mph.That initial strike/impact will break stuff you never thought would come apart. It’s Crazy, Fast & FUN. All TUNA fishing gear supplied on charters.

Shelly Langley fished with her brother Shawn on Aug 2. They first limited on Chinook on the Super Salmon Highway. Shelly is holding the largest 33.5lb Chinook Tyee which she caught. Then they went TUNA fishing & boated 9 Albacore that are hanging in the background” Nice mixed bag of FISH!!!
